Fat T-Bar
A mixture of the F5 stick and the 2” monkey bar grip, this piece of kit challenges you to hold on with both hands as long as you can, but our new addition makes it even harder.
We recommend trying more than one of our 2” ‘T-bar’ for practice in balance as you move from one bar to another across a rig. Even the best athlete finds the weight shift a challenge, and our F5 athletes find this type of training essential in preparing for just about anything a course can throw at you.
Oh yeah, we still highly recommend you try adding the ‘T-bar’ to your pull-up routine, if you think you have what it takes.
